  1. Vocab List 4 Organizer , Vocab List 4 Text
  2. World of Walls Project: Continue working on project.  Presentations on Wednesday 15th.
    • Visuals: Draw a line down the middle of poster and place a collage of quotes, pics or drawings associated with the people on both sides. Include labels for both sides and country name and continent. Add color and use text features. 
    • Compare/Contrast: Explain the major differences between the two sides of wall (i.e.: testimonials, language, race, religion, literacy rate, unemployment %, other differences using a Venn Diagram). Also, explain the reason for erecting the wall (what was the real reason for it being built)
    • Literature: Choose one author from your assigned country whose literature  (poem, short story, or artwork) shares the theme of separation, barriers, immigration or walls and complete a SIFT organizer explaining the symbols, images, figurative language, and tone/theme.
